Dear internet,

This time it is Chicken & Rice. So delicious. Fry some vegetables–carrots, onions, peppers. Add chicken thighs, a cup of rice, 8 cups water. Bring to a boil then simmer until chicken is cooked through.

It’s a lot of water but the rice absorbs a lot of it and I like chicken and rice to be a little soupy. 10/10.
