This is a soup I make a lot. The pressure cooker makes it a lot easier, because frozen lima beans take a while to cook.
1 bag frozen baby limas
1 bag frozen spinach
carrots, celery, onion
salt pepper garlic
Plop it all in a pressure cooker, add 4.5 cups water, cook on high pressure 12 minutes. I like to add some protein, so I ate it with some leftover pasta with meat sauce.
